Business Manager Arellano was appointed Business Representative in June of 2020 and was appointed to Business Manager in December of 2021. He was then elected Business Manager in March of 2023 . Business Manager Arellano believes in the power of the union and the rights of the members.

Brother Caughlan was appointed Business Representative in March 2023. He has been a member of the IBEW since 2019. Prior to joining the office staff, Caughlan worked at Ameren in Digital Customer Care supporting social media platforms and websites. He enjoys representing the members and believes in solidarity that we are stronger together.

Sister Duewell-Chesney has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 37 years. She currently serves as President and has previously been Vice-president, Recording Secretary and Executive Board member. She is also a shop steward and Organizer. Jasmine enjoys engaging with the members at the meetings and encourages everyone to attend, to stay informed. UNION STRONG!
Rodney Turner

Brother Turner has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 16 years. His current position at Ameren is Assistant Stock Controller. In addition to Vice President, Turner has held the position of Business Representative as well as Delegate and is currently also a Chief Shop Steward.
Lynda Brady

Sister Brady has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 28 years. She currently holds the position of Accountant. She has also been involved with the Union Audit Committee.
Nicholas Muniz
Recording Secretary
Brother Muniz has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 8 years. His current position is Electrical Designer I. Muniz is also a Shop Steward. Muniz comes from a long line of Union personnel and looks forward to continuing that tradition.
