Business Manager Arellano was appointed Business Representative in June of 2020 and was appointed to Business Manager in December of 2021. He was then elected Business Manager in March of 2023 . Business Manager Arellano believes in the power of the union and the rights of the members.

Brother Caughlan was appointed Business Representative in March 2023. He has been a member of the IBEW since 2019. Prior to joining the office staff, Caughlan worked at Ameren in Digital Customer Care supporting social media platforms and websites. He enjoys representing the members and believes in solidarity that we are stronger together.

Sister Duewell-Chesney has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 37 years. She currently serves as President and has previously been Vice-president, Recording Secretary and Executive Board member. She is also a shop steward and Organizer. Jasmine enjoys engaging with the members at the meetings and encourages everyone to attend, to stay informed. UNION STRONG!
Rodney Turner
Vice President
Brother Turner has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 16 years. His current position at Ameren is Assistant Stock Controller. In addition to Vice President, Turner has held the position of Business Representative as well as Delegate and is currently also a Chief Shop Steward.
Lynda Brady
Treasurer
Sister Brady has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 28 years. She currently holds the position of Accountant. She has also been involved with the Union Audit Committee.
Nicholas Muniz
Recording Secretary
Brother Muniz has been a member of IBEW Local 1455 and an Ameren employee for over 8 years. His current position is Electrical Designer I. Muniz is also a Shop Steward. Muniz comes from a long line of Union personnel and looks forward to continuing that tradition.

Rhodia Askew-Taylor
Sister Askew-Taylor has worked for Ameren for over 15 years and is currently an Electrical Designer II in Ameren Transmission. She believes it is her ability to speak up for those who feel they don’t have a voice. She gives the members her uncut and unfiltered truth on issues when asked. If she is not sure, she asks the questions to get the answers. She has confidence that if you asked anyone who knows her, their response would be she’s a hard worker, honest and fair.
Thomas Chesney
Brother Chesney works in the St. Louis Call Center as a Call Center Advisor. He has been an Ameren employee and IBEW member for over 26 years. He proudly serves as a Shop Steward and an Executive Board member for IBEW Local 1455.
Brian Connor
Brother Connor has been a member of Local 1455 and Ameren employee since 2020. He currently serves on the Executive Board and Social Committee.
Jowana Doss
Sister Doss has been a Local 1455 member for 38 years. She serves as Shop Steward and also currently serves on the Executive Board. She works damage claims in the Credit & Collections department.
Anna Hall
Sister Hall has worked at Ameren and have been a proud union member of Local 1455 for 23 years. She became an Executive Board Member in March of 2023. She has served as a Shop Steward for more than 8 years, and currently serves as Chief Union Steward in the Jefferson City Region. Sister Hall strives to always be available to support union brothers and sisters in any capacity that sh is able.
Jaye Jackson

Sister Jackson has been a member of Local 1455 for over 40 years. She serves as Secretary for the Executive Board as well as a Shop Steward. She currently holds the position of Power Plant Materials Controller-Nuclear at Ameren.
Rodney Sleet
Brother Sleet has been a member of Local 1455 and Ameren employee since 2006. He currently serves as a Shop Steward, Executive Board Member and is a Special Inspector.
