TITLE: Marketing Support RepresentativeORGANIZATION UNIT: Customer Service APPLICABLE TO: Metro Area
DUTIES:
Under direct but not constant supervision to perform any and all duties listed below as assigned:
Perform clerical and telephone work of a difficult and morecomplex nature in accordance with standard practices andprocedures of the Company and Customer Service function.
Handle inquiries from all classes of customers, industry andtrade ally representatives, and Company employees, etc.
Provide information pertaining to all types of service and Company-sponsored programs, etc.
Explain rates and policies relating to Company distribution and service facilities, etc.
Prepare and follow-up requests for distribution facility extensions and all types of service, etc.
Compile data as required; type and file correspondence and all documents and forms as assigned; maintain files.
Assist in training other employees.Perform related work as required.SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promptly forward to appropriate departments all required data to avoid delay of service to customers.
Receive and forward with care to Cashier's Department deposits received.
Hold as confidential information pertaining to customers' accounts, Company business, and Company personnel.
Careful use of office equipment.CONTACTS:
Telephone, mail and personal contacts with all classes of customers, industry and trade ally representatives, and Company employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from high school or the equivalent. Pass Company typing test.
